PLOT

The protagonist of MEGA MAN X DiVE is a fan of the Megaman games, and just like every time he plays, an issue arises. You are transported to the Deep Log, a cyberspace gateway, due to a problem with the preserved data. This Deep Log is depicted as a place to store Megaman-related data. Therefore, the player must collaborate with the admin, starting with the character X, to resolve the issues in this realm.

Since Character X is one of the key figures in the series, many players find him familiar. He sports a blue appearance and wields a powerful weapon known as the X-Buster, capable of firing potent missiles. As a result, you will face numerous foes from the Megaman series. Thanks to the auto-specify feature, you can control the character with both hands and strike enemies with precision.

COMPLETE DIFFERENT LEVELS

Players will be able to revisit their experiences from MEGA MAN X DiVE as the environments are entirely recognizable. The first stage in the game mirrors Megaman X3's opening screen. Simultaneously, insectoid robots and Maoh The Giant will appear before you. You'll need to accurately pinpoint their weak spots to counter them and remember to protect yourself from their attacks.

In addition to X's ranged weapon, you can wield a Z-Saber, the signature weapon of X's ally Zero. This laser-equipped sword is more effective in close-quarters combat. The two weapons, Buster and Saber, will be continuously swapped to enhance your multi-attack strategy, and when using weapons, players need to stay close to the enemy to avoid losing health.

UNLOCK NEW CHARACTERS AND WEAPONS

The characters in MEGA MAN X DiVE are hard to overlook. Frontline characters such as X, Zero, and Axl will make appearances alongside other Maverick Hunter members. Meanwhile, antagonists like Sigma and Vile also return. You'll want to collect these characters, and the best way to do so is by gathering their jigsaw pieces.

You can summon some characters using the resources you have, and within the character information, you'll find sources where you can acquire their jigsaw pieces. It will be a long journey to bring them onto your team. Simultaneously, you will obtain various weapons to equip your character throughout the game. Remember to level them up to enhance their strength and tackle increasingly challenging levels.
