After having her sole wish fulfilled, she transforms into a magical girl and must eventually confront the witch. Kanhama serves as the backdrop for all these events to unfold. It is here that the action begins. After consulting with each other, the magical girls decide to continue their battle against the witches.

Is it possible that Ui won't be around for much longer? Kaniroha, a magical girl, is seeking evidence to prove her sister's existence and validate her claims. Solving the mystery that has engulfed this town could save Mr. Kaname. Akemi Homura, another magical girl, is tasked with saving a family member or friend. The magical girls' minds converge, giving rise to a new beacon of hope. Most events in this story occur in a parallel universe to Puella Magi Madoka Magica. The plot follows a group of magical girls who journey to the bustling city of Kamihama to test themselves against the strange powers wielded by the witches residing there. Iroha Tamaki has recently arrived in town, searching for her sister Ui, and has decided to assist the girls in their quest. Shortly thereafter, Homura Akemi makes her appearance.

The story will progress, assembling a formidable team of strong female fighters to do so. A strategic skirmish that combines elements like spell formation, skill, and magic will be unleashed using a new command selection method known as the disc (special moves). "Iroha" plays a pivotal role in the story's plot development. The events of "another story" involve various alternate histories and women endowed with magical abilities. Each will narrate her own "Magical Girl Story." If all are counted, there will be more than 80 different magical girls.
