Within Tropic Paradise Sim: Town Buil, there are numerous islands to discover, including Home Sweet Home, White Wonders, Mediterraneus, Paradise Beach, Farming Frenzy, Barren Beaches, Organic Oasis, Fun Forest, Luxury Leisure, and more. Initially, all these islands are locked except for Home Sweet Home, which is available for play. You can choose any unlocked island to construct your town buildings in Tropic Paradise.

Your initial objective is to develop a thriving city, starting with the construction of a house to provide shelter for residents in your town. Various types of houses, such as Charming Chateaus, Cozy Cubbyholes, Modest Homestead, Upscale Bungalow, and Idyllic Cottage, will unlock at each level. These can be purchased using gold or cash you've accumulated. To build a house, select and drag it to an empty space, then click on the green checkmark to place the house. However, buildings must be constructed adjacent to roads to ensure accessibility for your city's citizens. To build roads, select the Roads icon, which offers three types of routes: Road, Walkway, and Canal; then tap on grids to construct them, allowing you to design and choose the layout of your roads.

To generate employment and revenue in your city, you can establish commercial buildings such as Seaview Resort, Beauty Salon, Bakery, Office Center, Jetski, Bank, and Underwater Restaurant. In addition to the cash earned from your town buildings, you can also earn bonus amounts for completing each level and challenge. Accumulate more money to purchase additional buildings and become a tycoon king in Tropic Paradise.
